Ashara Mubaraka 1424H - 8th Moharram

Baad as-salaam al-jameel,
For mumineen, muminaat and their children, from London and other bilad in the UK and Europe, today was a truly historic day. For they, with Shahzada Aaliwaqar Aamar Bhaisaheb Jamaluddin Saheb's (DM) karam and ehsan, along with other fortunate mumineen around the world, were blessed to see and hear Amir al-Mumineen's (AS) Dai Mubarak (TUS) perform the 7th Ashara waaz, relayed live from Saifee Masjid, Mumbai, India.
The relay was received by a 4-metre satellite dish on the roof of the masjid and was shown on two large screens, placed in front of the mehrab of the masjid, and in the ewan. From here, and a number of smaller screens dotted around the complex, no mumin was left without the sharaf of didar mubarak of their Bawa Shafeeq (TUS).
During the waaz, Huzurala (TUS) repeatedly mentioned that his bayaan was being seen and heard by not only those mumineen in Saifee Masjid, nor only those in masjids around Mumbai, but also those mumineen in Bilad Imaniyah around the world. "They are also here in front of me," he said.
Indeed, although it was Fajr outside Al-Masjid al-Husayni, in London, it felt close to Zawaal time to the mumineen inside. And at one point it was even Asr and Maghrib as Huzurala (TUS) recalled the shaan of Amir al-Mumineen (AS), reciting the zikr of how the Sun rose for him so that he could pray Asr namaaz on time.
Waaz culminated with the Shahadat zikr of Moulana Ali (AS), as the mumineen of London and other bilad performed purjosh matam in unison with their Dai al-Mutlaq (TUS) in Mumbai.
This was followed by Matam majlis, and salawat nu niyaaz for all mumineen, muminaat and their children.
We perform Hamd and Shukr to Khuda for making us "Shiato Aliyyin humul faa-e-zoon", and humbly offer sajadatus shukr in Hazrat Imamiyah for granting us such uncountable nehmato during these auspicious days of Ashara Mubaraka.
Furthermore, we pray that may Shahzada Aaliwaqar Aamar Bhaisaheb Jamaluddin Saheb's ehsan forever remain upon us, such that Aqa Moula's (TUS) nazar mubarak continues in our direction, and thus we continue to bask in the magnificent radiance of Ale Mohammed. Ameen.
May Allah Tahla, with our gham and matam for Imam Husain (AS), grant our Moula (TUS) a long and prosperous life, in sehat and aafiyat till Yawm al-Qiyamat. Ameen.
