Khatmul Quran Majlis in London

Although over the past few years Khatmul Quran majalis has taken place in London, the presence of our beloved Aqa Moula tus for 92nd milaad in London made this one on Sunday 15th Rabi ul-Aakhar a unique one.
The entire Quran was recited by Al-Sayedul ajal Husain bhaisaheb Saifuddin and Al-Ustaaz Al-Shaikh Murtaza Galyakotwala for over ten hours of recitation that combined precise pronounciation, lehn and speed to produce the finest Quran rendering we are likely to hear in such a majlis.
One and all of the participating hundreds of Mumineen, Muminaat were left bedazzled by the supreme artistry of tilawat by Al-Sayedul ajal Husain bhaisaheb Saifuddin -- our ears, hearts, minds all joining to applaud the beauty we had been honoured to witness.
Towards the end the entire masjid was filled by the collective voice of all those present as Al-Sayedul ajal Husain bhaisaheb Saifuddin enjoined everyone to join him in tilawat. It had become a lesson in the art of tilawat from which everyone had learned.
Khatmul Quran was followed by dua for Aqamola and the arz of this tilawat as hadiyah to Molana-l-minaam. The khatm ended with matam and madeh.
